Russia’s state-run oil giant Rosneft has discussed the development of the company’s assets in Vietnam with the country’s delegation, Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin told reporters after bilateral talks of the Russian and Vietnamese presidents on the sidelines of the APEC summit in Peru’s Lima

"We have two fields we are developing. We have been discussing a prospect for the further growth of oil production (with the Vietnamese delegation)," Sechin said.
