Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (2000) 

Languages: English, Vietnamese, French. 

Family: Married with two sons. 

Career: 

Entered diplomatic service in 1991. 

Worked in the Consulates General of the USSR, Russia in Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong (Vietnam). 

2006 – 2010 – Counselor, Head of Section (Asian Departments), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. 

2010 – 2014 – Minister-Counselor of the Russian Embassy in Vietnam. 

2015 – 2021 – Deputy Director of the Third Asian Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. 

March 25, 2021 was appointed by the President of the Russian Federation as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
